Resources for Making Your Portfolio Website

Start thinking about what service/platform you’ll try out for building your class portfolio. Mapping: A Sample Étude

This is the sample mapping étude I made to demonstrate the assignment for class. I purposefully created it quickly and have avoided polishing it for demonstration and discussion purposes.

Because rhythm patterns are important in it, I decided to use traditional music notation, but you don’t have to do that. As you’ll see, the score is mostly words, anyway. Make whatever notes you need in whatever form fits best to help you remember your piece.

You won’t be turning in any written score. This is just in case it is helpful for you.
